Terms and Conditions
Reservation Policy
All reservations require a $100-$150 deposit, refundable with 48-hour cancellation. Booked suites are available to the guest from 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the day of agreed arrival. The guest has no claim for earlier availability unless pre-arranged by Valley Extended Suites ("VES" or "we") and in written notice. On the agreed day of departure, check-out is at 11:00 a.m. at the latest. After that time, VES reserves the right to charge 50 % of the agreed price of the suite for the additional use of the suite up until 5:00 p.m., and 100 % from 5:00 p.m. onward. We reserve possible further claims for compensation for damages.
General Conduct and Number of Occupants
1. Occupancy for each suite is limited to two persons for the studio suites and three persons for the standard/executive suites. All occupants must register at time of check-in. Guest(s) are responsible for all their visitors.
2. All tobacco, vape, and/or smoking products are strictly prohibited in all indoor facilities including suites, stairwells, the laundry room, and the VES office.
3. Candle and incense burning are not permitted in the suites.
4. Unauthorized Pets, illegal substances, and firearms are not permitted on the property.
5. For security and privacy, guests are requested to keep suite doors and windows locked at all times, especially when the suite is not occupied. VES is not responsible for loss of money, jewelry, valuables, or other personal possessions and reserves the right to hold the guest responsible for loss or damage of VES property due to guest negligence.
Food, Cooking, and Beverages
1. Guests are liable for any damages to VES property resulting from improper use of cooking utensils, pots and pans or other kitchen appliances.
2. Empty food containers or unconsumed food and beverages should be placed in trash receptacles and not left exposed in suites.
3. Guests are cautioned not to place hot pots or other containers on the floor, table or any other portion of the suite which is not heat-proof.
For guests staying 90 days or more and in the event that the guest(s) is given an eviction notice (whether verbal OR written), VES reserves the right to evict the guest(s) without the use of the court system and the guest(s) would be required to pay what is owed and vacate the premises immediately.
A valid credit card must be saved on file for the duration of your stay with VES for incidentals that may occur. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all damages or stolen property from the suite noted after check-out.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Policy
In regards to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) policy, we have suites that are ADA compliant. Please let us know if you require an ADA complainant suite.
